Hello, I'm Dr. Bruna Jebelev.

After nearly two decades practicing Internal Medicine, I saw firsthand how hard it had become for patients to get timely, personal care. Appointments felt rushed, and decisions were too often driven by administrative rules rather than what was best for the patient.

That's why I founded Clear Access MD.

As a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with fellowship training in Nephrology, I built this practice around a simple belief: patients deserve direct access to their doctor, enough time to be heard, and a partner who truly knows them.

In the three years since I moved to Florida, I've cared for hundreds of patients across Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch—from young families to adults managing complex, chronic conditions—helping them get the time and attention real care requires. I'm also proud to care for patients in both English and Spanish.

My work has been published in respected journals, including The American Journal of Medicine and the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology.

My goal is simple: to provide the kind of care I'd want for my own family—personal, accessible, and focused on keeping you healthy for the long term.
