Hello, I'm Dr. Bruna Jebelev.

After nearly two decades practicing Internal Medicine, I saw firsthand how hard it had become for patients to get timely, personal care. Appointments felt rushed, and decisions were too often driven by administrative rules rather than what was best for the patient.

That's why I founded Clear Access MD.

As a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with fellowship training in Nephrology, I built this practice around a simple belief: patients deserve direct access to their doctor, enough time to be heard, and a partner who truly knows them.

In the three years since I moved to Florida, I've cared for hundreds of patients across Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch—from young families to adults managing complex, chronic conditions—helping them get the time and attention real care requires. I'm also proud to care for patients in both English and Spanish.

My work has been published in respected journals, including The American Journal of Medicine and the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology.

My goal is simple: to provide the kind of care I'd want for my own family—personal, accessible, and focused on keeping you healthy for the long term.

Do I need insurance to join?

No. Clear Access MD is built to work without insurance. You pay one flat monthly membership fee that covers your visits, telehealth, and direct access to your physician—no copays and no claims. We do encourage members to carry some form of coverage for emergencies or major medical events, but you don't need insurance to be a member here.

How does this save me money?

By removing insurance from everyday primary care, there are no copays, no deductibles, and no surprise bills. You know your cost up front—a flat monthly fee—and many people without insurance find that predictable, affordable care helps them avoid far more expensive urgent care or emergency room visits down the road.

What does the membership include?

Your membership covers same- or next-day appointments, unhurried visits, direct access to your physician by phone, text, and email, telehealth, care for everyday illness and injury, chronic condition management, medication management, and a comprehensive annual physical with full labs—all for one flat monthly price.

Is the care as good without insurance?

Yes. You're cared for directly by Dr. Jebelev, a board-certified Internal Medicine physician—not a rotating staff or a quick-clinic visit. Going without insurance doesn't mean lesser care here; it means care without the copays, claims, and restrictions that insurance adds.

Can I really get same- or next-day appointments?

Yes. Because we keep a smaller patient panel than traditional practices, we can usually offer same- or next-day appointments, plus direct communication by phone, text, and email.

What happens if I need a specialist, imaging, or hospital care?

Clear Access MD focuses on comprehensive primary care, not hospital or specialist care. When you need imaging, lab work, or a specialist, Dr. Jebelev coordinates your referrals—and for members without insurance, we can often arrange labs and imaging at discounted cash rates through our partners.

How do I pay?

Your monthly membership is billed automatically to a card or bank account—simple and predictable. For members paying out of pocket, lab tests and certain services are available at discounted rates through our partners.

May I pay for my membership with a health savings account (HSA)?

In many cases, yes. New federal legislation allows people with a Health Savings Account (HSA) to use those funds tax-free toward certain Direct Primary Care membership fees starting January 1, 2026. We recommend confirming specifics with your HSA/FSA provider.

How do I cancel my membership?

A written notice of termination is required at least 30 days in advance, as outlined in the patient agreement.
