Our primary care services include unlimited office visits with same- or next-day appointments, annual physicals, and comprehensive care for both acute and chronic conditions. We provide ongoing management for diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, weight and hormone health, in-office testing including EKGs and blood draws, and thoughtful coordination of specialty care and imaging when needed.
At Clear Access MD, we help business owners provide high-quality, meaningful healthcare without the high costs or complexity of traditional insurance. Ideal for solo entrepreneurs, skilled trades professionals, and family-owned businesses.
Our nephrology services focus on the diagnosis and treatment of kidney-related conditions, including chronic kidney disease, kidney failure, and kidney stones. When needed, we coordinate appropriate imaging studies such as ultrasound, CT, MRI, or X-ray to ensure accurate evaluation and timely care.

Dr. Bruna Jebelev is board-certified in Internal Medicine with a specialized focus in Nephrology and over 18 years of experience in medicine. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is committed to providing accessible, high-quality care to a diverse patient community. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she brings both medical expertise and cultural understanding to every patient relationship, helping people feel comfortable, heard, and supported.
Drawn to medicine from an early age, Dr. Jebelev pursued her calling through Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship training in New York before relocating to Florida to practice primary care. Over time, she became increasingly aware of the limits of the traditional healthcare model—brief, rushed visits that leave little room for listening and often lead to more medications rather than meaningful healing. She also experienced firsthand how insurance-driven constraints can interfere with clinical judgment and patient-first decision-making.
These experiences led her to open Clear Access MD as a Direct Primary Care practice, where she can practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced. As a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, Dr. Jebelev provides physician-led care grounded in the full scope of medical training—from medical school through residency—bringing diagnostic depth and clinical judgment to every visit. She values collaboration across the healthcare team while maintaining direct physician involvement in all aspects of patient care. Her approach centers on unhurried visits, strong relationships, and personalized care focused on prevention, clarity, and long-term wellness, without insurance interference.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Jebelev enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending time with her husband and son. Her deep appreciation for family and life beyond medicine allows her to connect with patients on a personal level while delivering thoughtful, compassionate care.
One-time enrollment fee: $100 (Re-enrollment fee: $50)

• Ages 41-64: $200/month
